Assignment of Account. We may sell, assign, pledge or transfer this Agreement (including any addendum to this Agreement), your account or an interest in your account to a third party without notice to you. In the absence of a notice of such sale or transfer, you must continue to make all required payments to us in accordance with your billing statement.

The Person to whom the Account and Agreement is assigned shall be entitled to all of our rights under this Agreement. You cannot transfer or assign your Account or Card to anyone.

Telephone Monitoring. Telephone communications with us, including calls with any of our agents or independent contractors, are routinely monitored and/or recorded. You expressly consent, on behalf of yourself and other users of your phone, to being monitored or recorded.
