Assignment of Commissions. Per mutual agreement of certain carrier(s), Associate agrees to assign all first year and renewal commissions to NFG beginning the date NFG signs this Agreement or the date of the Product Provider’s assignment of the commission’s agreement, whichever occurs first. Upon termination of this Agreement, NFG agrees to release the assignment of commission request to the Associate within the earlier of 30 days, or the date of Product Provider’s assignment of the commission’s agreement is terminated.
