Assignment of Field Trips. Full time school bus drivers employed by the Board shall have priority in applying for extracurricular and field trip assignments to be made during the drivers’ off-duty hours or when a permanent substitute is available, except when the following result in no cost to the District:
Assignment of Field Trips. Field trips will be assigned by the dispatcher using seniority by bus locations, after the scheduling of the forty (40) hour workweek is completed. Field trip work that exceeds the forty (40) hour scheduled workweek will be assigned by seniority.
Assignment of Field Trips. The Transportation Supervisor shall maintain three rosters of all regular bus drivers requesting field trips, in order of seniority.

All field trips shall be assigned on a rotating basis to bus drivers who elect to put their name on the trip board, beginning at the start of the school year with the most senior bus driver and moving through the trip board in seniority order. After the initial assignments at the beginning of the school year, the rotation shall begin wherever it last ended on the trip list, except as otherwise set forth in this Article.
Assignment of Field Trips. 13:05.1 Field trips are defined as any approved transportation activity other than AM/PM, contracted Kindergarten, Pre-school, Career Center, and Special Education routes. Field trips will be posted in the Transportation Department by Trip Board for the week following the field trip meeting.
Assignment of Field Trips. Special Education drivers shall be eligible for all daily field trips after all regular education drivers have either accepted or declined.
Assignment of Field Trips. Field trips will be assigned to a driver according to the seniority of those who signed up for the day’s trips on the sign-up sheet beginning with the regular route drivers and then sub drivers. Everyone with hours available will receive a trip before a second trip will be awarded. Field trips are posted Monday morning and are taken down Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. Trip assignments are the responsibility of the Director. If a driver does not sign up for any field trips, they forfeit their chance. Each driver can take field trips as long as their weekly hours do not exceed 40 hours per week. Additional hours can be assigned by the Director as needed, but to accommodate extra hours, regular time may have to be scheduled off to keep hours below 40.

Regularly scheduled field trips except for agricultural and van field trips shall be assigned on a rotating basis, beginning with the most senior driver, and continuing in order of seniority, to those drivers who have indicated their willingness to accept a field assignment by signing the list described in Section 9.0511.
Assignment of Field Trips. Shuttles Except in cases of emergency, field trips and all shuttles for the next work week will be assigned once a week on Thursday, thirty (30) minutes before the start of the p.m. runs. Drivers must be present at the time of assignment to accept and be granted a field trip/shuttle. Drivers absent on the assignment day due to illness, routing, or tripping, only, must confirm their availability for field trips to the office by Twelve (12:00) Noon or will be placed ineligible. Drivers present during the assignment period will be paid at the trip meeting rate. Field Trips will be offered on a seniority rotation basis each week. Assignments for field trips during extended school breaks (i.e., Christmas recess, Spring break) will be assigned to the eligible driver(s) at the trip meeting preceding the extended break. Drivers will sign the sheet indicating their presence at the meeting. Drivers must sign in to receive pay for the meeting. Drivers arriving late will not be allowed to select trips unless the delay was job-related. If the week ends before Thursday, the trip meeting will be held on the last work day of the week.
