Such assignments and other documents and certificates as Purchaser may reasonably require in order to fully and completely transfer and assign to Purchaser all of Seller’s right, title, and interest, in and to any permits, rights under utility agreements and similar rights (including, without limitation, Seller’s Units) applicable to the Property.
