Common use of Assignment of Medicaid Billing Rights Clause in Contracts

Assignment of Medicaid Billing Rights. The Agency agrees to assign to the County its Medicaid Waiver Billing Rights for services to DDD clients eligible under Title XIX Programs. The Agency acknowledges that written documentation shall be available to DSHS on request. If a subcontractor contracts directly with DSHS to provide covered services under Title XIX, those services will not be billed through this Agreement in accordance with 42CFR447.10.
