Assignment of Personal Property. Assignor hereby Assignor hereby transfers, grants, bargains, sells, conveys and assigns to Assignee and its successors and/or assigns all of Assignor's right, title and interest, if any, in and to all intangible property relating to the Real Property, including but not limited to, all governmental permits, authorizations, licenses, entitlements, plans and specifications, development rights and approvals, unpaid fee credits and any other approvals, if any, belonging to or inuring to the benefit of Assignor and pertaining to the Real Property, to the extent assignable, but only if and to the extent that they are specifically applicable to the Real Property, Assignor retaining all such rights as they relate to adjacent property retained by Assignor.

Subject to the prior recordation of the Quitclaim Deed, Assignor hereby grants, assigns, transfers, conveys, and delivers to Assignee all of Assignor’s right, title, and interest, if any, in and to the following described property (collectively, the “Personal Property”):

Any personal property assigned by the Shawnee Storm that JCPRD does not intend to utilize will be given to Special Olympics Kansas.
