Assignment of Sergeants. Sergeant shall provide direct supervision of the Deputies and will oversee Court Security Services at the court location described in Exhibit C. This position will also be available to provide relief coverage as necessary. Sergeant will be assigned to the Court Security Services Unit on a full-time basis. The parties agree to meet in good faith to discuss any proposed changes in the number or schedule of deputies assigned to the Court Security Services Unit, thirty (30) days prior to any change.

Nothing in the Agreement or in any other communication between TIPS and the Vendor may be construed as a guarantee that TIPS or TIPS Members will submit any orders at any time. TIPS reserves the right to request additional proposals for items or services already on Agreement at any time.

  • Counterparts This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.

  • Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter contained in this Agreement and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings and negotiations between the parties.

  • Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
