Common use of Assignment Process Clause in Contracts

Assignment Process. A. APARTMENT ASSIGNMENT - Georgia Institute of Technology Family Housing Apartment assignments are made based on availability without regard to race, creed, color, or national origin. Assignment priority is based on date of receipt of the Georgia Institute of Technology Department of Housing Application and this signed Contract along with the required prepaid rental and application fees.
