Assignments; Third-Party Rights. No Borrower shall assign this Agreement, or delegate any of its obligations hereunder, without the prior written consent of the Lender. The Lender may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement separately or together, without any Borrower's consent, only to Xxxxxx Mae, but may not delegate its obligations under this Agreement unless required to do so pursuant to Section 13.04.

None of the Seller, Fincx xx Triple-A One may assign this Insurance Agreement, or delegate any of its duties hereunder, without the prior written consent of the Surety Provider.
