Common use of Assignor’s Continuing Rights and Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Assignor’s Continuing Rights and Responsibilities. Notwithstanding Sections 1 and 2 above, the parties hereto agree that the Assignor rather than the Assignee shall have the ongoing rights to take action and the responsibilities of the Purchaser under the following sections of the Agreement: Master Mortgage Loan Sale and Servicing Agreement:
