Assistance and Advice. At the request of the Company, Life Re will advise the Company on any claim concerning business reinsured under this Agreement and, when such a claim appears to be of doubtful validity, Life Re will assist the Company in its determination of liability and in the best procedure to follow with respect to the claim.
Assistance and Advice. On any claim on a policy reinsured hereunder, the Reinsurer will, at the request of the Company, advise and assist the Company in its determination of the liability and in the best procedure to follow with respect to a claim of doubtful validity, provided that the Reinsurer shall not be liable to the Company or to any third party for claims arising out of such advice and assistance.

If Supplier believes any such assistance, advice or communications creates an actual or constructive change, Supplier shall immediately notify Flyer’s Procurement Representative and Supplier shall not accept such assistance or follow said advice or communications unless Flyer’s Procurement Representative signs an amendment in writing that: expressly identifies which part(s) of this Purchase Order is to be changed describes such change(s) in reasonable detail; and contains Flyer’s Procurement Representative’s written assent thereto.
Assistance and Advice. Distributor will render technical assistance and advice as requested by customers concerning the maintenance, handling, application and use of the Products. Distributor will use its best efforts to assist and provide technical service to customers, to train its personnel to provide technical service, and to bring in Company resources when required.
