Assistance by COUNTY. 1.3.1. COUNTY shall assign an appropriate staff member to work with A/E in connection with the work of this AGREEMENT. Said staff member's duties will consist of the giving of advice and consultations, assisting A/E in negotiations with other public agencies and private parties, miscellaneous items which in the judgment of A/E or COUNTY's staff warrant attention, and all other duties as may be described in Attachment A.

The County shall assist MTA, as requested by MTA, in the areas of fire/life safety, police security, transportation engineering, street lighting engineering, recreation and park engineering, storm drain and sanitation engineering, and other areas when mutually agreed, and in such an event, the MTA shall issue a Work Order to the County to perform some or all of the activities referred to in the following subarticles:
