Assistance in Obtaining Financing. Contractor shall provide reasonable assistance in the form of introductions and the like, as may be requested in writing by Staatsolie, to Staatsolie’s efforts to procure financing for its participation, provided that Contractor shall not be required to contribute financially to or be responsible for Staatsolie obtaining such financing.
