Assistance to Consultant Sample Clauses

Assistance to Consultant. Officials and employees, agents, and contractors of the District will promptly and fully provide the assistance and information necessary and properly requested by the Consultant in the effectuation of the Consultant’s duties under this Agreement and the powers and purposes of the Act, consistent with Section 27 of the Act. The Consultant, with the approval of the Treasurer, may appoint additional staff and secure professional assistance to fulfill the Consultant’s responsibilities under this Agreement, consistent with Section 9(4) of the Act, but only if the Consultant provides written documentation to the District and the Treasurer that sufficient funds remain available under Schedule C to reimburse the District for the cost of the additional staff and professional assistance.

Assistance to Consultant. Client shall assist and cooperate with Consultant and Consultant's personnel as reasonably necessary by making Client's personnel with suitable qualifications and experience available to Consultant for consultation, providing reasonable access to Client sites and systems, providing other information and data required for the performance of the Services, and otherwise performing the responsibilities identified as being those of Client in the applicable Work Order or Change Order.
Assistance to Consultant. Each Member Agency agrees it will actively assist the Consultant with requested tasks, such as participating in workshops, site surveys and local outreach to residents and businesses, and acting as a liaison for the Consultant in communications to residents within Member Agency’s jurisdiction.
