Associate Member. Any non utility participant, approved by the State Steering Committee, 50 that provides a support role for the WARN program, for example State Department of Public 1 Health, or associations, who are members of the Regional or State Steering Committees 2 and do not officially sign the WARN agreement. 3
Associate Member. The term Associate Member includes a faculty member who holds an appointment to an administrative position described in 2.4 D, or a professional librarian who holds an appointment to an administrative position described in 2.4 E. While they hold these appointments, only the provision of Article 2.4 (terms of Agreement – Membership in the Association) and Article 4.7 A, B (Appointments: Academic Administrative Faculty) shall apply to faculty members who are associate members. Only the provisions of Article 2.4 (Terms of Agreement – Membership in the Association) and 16.6.B. shall apply to professional librarians who are associate members. Other conditions of their service in these functions shall be determined on an individual basis.
Associate Member. Associate Member. “Associate Member” shall mean any entity that has joined an Industry Sector and is an Affiliate or Related Party of a Regular Member.
Associate Member. 1173 The FIDO Alliance shall have Associates. Admission as an Associate shall be open to any 1174 corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, limited liability company, business association, 1175 governmental entity or other entity. All Associates must execute a Membership Agreement and 1176 any relevant Attachments thereto and pay the fees called for in the Schedule of Fees and Dues for 1177 Associates. Once approved by the Board, all Associates shall be entitled to all rights and bound 1178 to the obligations generally afforded and imposed upon all Members. Associate Member. Any non-utility participant, approved by the NMWARN Committee, 1 that provides a support role for the NMWARN program (for example state agencies or 2 associations) and do not officially sign this NMWARN agreement.
Associate Member. Any non-utility participant, approved by the Statewide PaWARN Committee, that provides a support role for PaWARN (such as Commonwealth agencies or associations), who are members of the Statewide PaWARN Committee and do not officially sign the PaWARN Agreement.
Associate Member. The Associate level membership addresses the needs of the core of our members. This membership tier has been created to give access to key our resources, to enable Member organisations to have a voting position in regards to the direction of work and to give Members an active forum on which to work proactively and collaboratively in this topic field. The Associate level membership has been developed for but is not exclusive to brands and retailers. Direct membership benefits are listed in Figure 1.0. Benefits marked in grey are aspirational benefits that will be delivered once the consortium resources can support them and or knowledge gaps are filled by TMC research. During the establishment of new projects, TMC together with the Governance Board, will endeavour to construct projects that suitably address the needs of the Members, but also contribute to the wider knowledge base and solution availability, and will identify the most appropriate project partner to fulfil the required task. TMC through its outreach Affiliate Members, will endeavour to make contact with other research groups carrying out research in the area of microfibre shedding to ensure that new projects undertaken by TMC are complimentary, not repetitive and contribute original knowledge to the area of microfibre shedding.
Associate Member. Any non-utility participant, approved by the State Steering Committee, that provides a support role for the WARN program but is not a signatory to the agreement.
Associate Member. The Consortium Board may decide to admit an organization, which can contribute to the achievement of the Consortium's mission to the Consortium as an Associate Member. An organisation established in a country which is not a member of the European Union may become an Associate Member The decision of the Consortium Board on admission of an Associate Member shall be made with qualified majority (special quorum required). The decision of the Consortium Board does not require ratification by the Parties to the Agreement. The Associate Member shall assign a representative in the Consortium Board. The representative shall be entitled to participate in CB meetings in an advisory capacity only, in particular to propose draft resolutions. The plan of tasks of the Associate Member shall be included in the Annual Work programme, regulated in Article 5 below.
