Associates Degree Pay Supplement. All blue and white collar employees that have earned an Associate’s Degree or 60+ semester hours, will be paid an additional forty-five cents ($.45) per hour. The employee is required to provide the Human Resources Department with transcripts documenting the Associates Degree or required semester hours.
