ASSOCIATION BUSINESS DURING SCHOOL HOURS. The Association, the Board, and their representatives agree that matters relating to supervisor-employee or Board-employee relationships shall not be discussed in the presence of students. Employees or representatives of the Association shall be allowed on the premises of the District during working hours for the purpose of meeting with the Administration to discuss mutual concerns. Association employees or representatives shall not conduct Association business with other Association members during the employee’s regular working hours. However, Association employees or representatives may discuss Association business with employees while the employee is on break or during the employee’s lunch period.
