ASSOCIATION RIGHTS-ARTICLE II. A. The Association and its members shall have the right to use the school building facilities for their meetings, outside of regular classroom hours, upon notification to the Superintendent, at least 24 hours in advance. After notification to the Superintendent, the PA system may be used for brief announcements of Association meetings. In the event the Superintendent is absent from the building, notification shall be made to his designee.
