Common use of Assumption by Transferees Clause in Contracts

Assumption by Transferees. Each and every assignee, transferee or successor in interest of Subtenant, and their respective assignees, transferees or successors in interest, shall immediately be and remain liable jointly and severally with Subtenant and with each other for the payment of the Rent payable under this Sublease and for the performance of all covenants, agreements, terms and provisions of this Sublease on the part of Subtenant to be performed to the end of the Sublease Term.
