Assumption of Risks. I am aware that “SPORT” involves many risks, dangers and hazards. The risks, dangers and hazards, including but not limited to: loss of balance; difficulty or inability to control one’s speed and direction; variation or steepness in terrain; rapid or uncontrolled acceleration on hills and inclines; mechanical failure of equipment; variation or changes in the playing surface including rocks, gravel; changing weather conditions; exposure to temperature extremes or inclement weather; travel or transport to and from the sites used for “SPORT”; travel on highways and backcountry roads; encounters with domestic and wild animals including dogs, bears and cougars; collision with pedestrians, motor vehicles, cyclists and other players; failing to play safely or within the limitations of one’s own abilities, negligence of other participants; and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES, INCLUDING THE FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RISKS RELEASEES TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS OF “SPORT”. I AM AWARE OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS ASSOCIATED WITH “SPORT” AND I FREELY ACCEPT AND FULLY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS AND THE POSSIBILITY OF PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS RESULTING THEREFROM. In consideration of the RELEASEES agreeing to my participation in “SPORT” and permitting my use of their services, equipment and other facilities, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is acknowledged, I hereby agree as follows:

The risks, dangers and hazards, hazards including but not limited to: loss of balanceboarding, riding and disembarking the tramway, other lifts, vehicles; difficulty or inability to control one’s speed hiking on rough and direction; variation or steepness in uneven terrain; rapid changing weather conditions which may cause the trails, walkways and Ziplines to be slippery; equipment failure; failure to properly adjust or uncontrolled acceleration on hills and inclinesfasten equipment; mechanical failure improper use of equipment; variation falls; slips and falls while snowshoeing; over-exertion; fear of heights; failure to remain within designated areas; impact or changes in the playing surface including rocks, gravel; changing weather conditions; exposure to temperature extremes or inclement weather; travel or transport to and from the sites used for “SPORT”; travel on highways and backcountry roads; encounters with domestic and wild animals including dogs, bears and cougars; collision with pedestrianstrees, motor vehicles, cyclists and other playersparticipants or guides; failing to play safely or within the limitations of one’s own abilities, negligence of other participantsparticipants or guides; and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES, INCLUDING THE . I AM AWARE OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS ASSOCIATED WITH “SPORT” AND I FREELY ACCEPT AND FULLY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS AND THE POSSIBILITY OF PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR AND LOSS RESULTING THEREFROM. In consideration of the RELEASEES agreeing to my participation in “SPORT” Zipline Activities and permitting my use of their servicesthe Grouse Mountain lifts, equipment Skyride, hiking trails, equipment, parking and other facilities, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is acknowledged, I hereby agree as follows:

Assumption of Risks. I am aware that “SPORT” participating in Adventure Activities involves many inherent risks, dangers and hazards. The risks, dangers and hazards, hazards including but not limited to: loss exposed and falling rock, earth, ice, trees, tree stumps, and forest deadfall or other natural objects; negligence of balanceother participants and other persons; difficulty or inability to control one’s speed hiking on rough and direction; variation or steepness in uneven terrain; rapid changing weather conditions not limited to rain, snow, hail, wind, blowing debris, and lightning which may cause the deck, apparatus and zip lines to be slippery; equipment failure; failure to properly adjust or uncontrolled acceleration on hills and inclinesfasten equipment; mechanical failure improper use of equipment; variation or changes in the playing surface including rocks, gravelfalls; changing weather conditionsover-exertion; exposure failure to temperature extremes or inclement weather; travel or transport to and from the sites used for “SPORT”; travel on highways and backcountry roads; encounters with domestic and wild animals including dogs, bears and cougars; collision with pedestrians, motor vehicles, cyclists and other players; failing to play safely act safety or within the limitations of one’s own abilitiesability or to stay within designated areas; impact or collision with trees, negligence of other participantsparticipants or guides; and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES, INCLUDING THE FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RISKS RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS OF “SPORT”PARTICIPATING IN ADVENTURE ACTIVITIES REFERRED TO ABOVE. I AM ALSO AWARE OF THAT THE RISKS, DANGERS DANGERS, AND HAZARDS ASSOCIATED WITH “SPORT” REFERRED TO ABOVE COULD EXIST THROUGHOUT THE AREA AND THAT MANY HAZARDS ARE UNMARKED. I am aware that “SPORT” involves Adventure Activities involve many risks, dangers dangers, and hazardshazards including, but not limited to: accidents which occur during transportation or travel to and from the river; the overturning or upsetting of the boat; sudden violent and unexpected movement of the boat; entrapment by trees, logs, rocks or equipment; hypothermia due to exposure to very cold water, falling from the boat into long sections of continuous rapids; impact or collision with rocks, trees, logs, dead-fall, other vessels, and other boating equipment; encounters with domestic or wild animals; high winds; vehicle, vessel, and equipment failure; variation in water conditions, surfaces and currents; and negligence of other boaters. The I am also aware that fishing, hiking, camping, cliff jumping, and back country travel involve many risks, dangers and hazards, including but not limited to: loss of balancesteep slopes in their natural state that may contain many obstacles and hazards; difficulty terrain that may not have been travelled on or inability to control one’s speed climbed before and directionis not regularly patrolled or inspected; variation becoming lost or steepness in terrainseparated from the guide or party; rock slides; rapid or uncontrolled acceleration on hills and inclines; mechanical failure of equipment; variation or changes extreme change in the playing surface including rocks, gravel; changing weather conditions; exposure to temperature extremes or inclement weather; travel or transport to and from the sites used for “SPORT”; travel on highways and backcountry roads; encounters with domestic and wild animals including dogs, bears and cougars; collision with pedestrians, motor vehicles, cyclists and other players; failing to play safely or within the limitations of one’s own abilities, negligence of other participants; . Communication in the back country terrain is difficult, and in the event of an accident and rescue, medical treatment may not be available. I am also aware that there is a risk of NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES, INCLUDING THE FAILURE ON BY THE PART OF THE RISKS RELEASEES TO TAKE RESONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS OF “SPORT”THE ADVENTURE ACTIVITIES. I AM AWARE OF THE FREELY ACCEPT AND FULLY ASSUME ALL RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS ASSOCIATED WITH “SPORT” AND I FREELY ACCEPT AND FULLY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS THE ADVENTURE ACTIVITIES AND THE POSSIBILITY OF PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS RESULTING THEREFROM. I am aware that “SPORT” participating in the Activities involves many risks, dangers and hazardshazards including, but not limited to: accidents which occur during transportation or travel to and from the put in; slips, trips and falls while getting into or out of the boats; overturning of the boats; loss of balance; impact, collision with or entrapment by trees, logs, deadfall, boats or equipment; equipment failure; hypothermia; changing and inclement weather conditions including storms, high wind, high waves, and lightning; encounters with domestic or wild animals including cougars and bears; infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contact; negligent first aid; negligence on the part of other participants. The I am also aware that camping, hiking and back country travel by foot or vehicle involve many risks, dangers and hazards, including including, but not limited to: loss of balanceto steep slopes, undercut and eroded riverbanks, obstacles and hazards; difficulty terrain that may not have been travelled on before and that is not regularly patrolled; becoming lost or inability to control one’s speed separated from the guide. Communication in remote areas may be difficult, and direction; variation or steepness in terrain; rapid or uncontrolled acceleration on hills and inclines; mechanical failure of equipment; variation or changes in the playing surface including rocksevent of an accident or illness, gravel; changing weather conditions; exposure to temperature extremes rescue and medical treatment may not be available or inclement weather; travel or transport to and from the sites used for “SPORT”; travel on highways and backcountry roads; encounters with domestic and wild animals including dogs, bears and cougars; collision with pedestrians, motor vehicles, cyclists and other players; failing to play safely or within the limitations may be delayed. I am also aware that there is a risk of one’s own abilities, negligence of other participants; and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES, INCLUDING THE . I am aware that “SPORT” involves Whitewater Activities involve many risks, dangers dangers, and hazardshazards including, but not limited to: accidents which occur during transportation or travel to and from the river; the overturning or upsetting of rafts or boats; sudden violent and unexpected movement of the boat or raft; entrapment by trees, logs, rocks or equipment; hypothermia due to exposure to very cold water; falling from the boat or raft into long sections of continuous rapids; impact or collision with rocks, trees, logs, deadfall, other vessels, and other boating equipment; encounters with domestic or wild animals; high winds; equipment failure; variation in the water conditions, surfaces and currents; and negligence of other boaters and rafters. I AM AWARE OF THE FREELY ACCEPT AND FULLY ASSUME ALL RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS ASSOCIATED WITH “SPORT” AND I FREELY ACCEPT AND FULLY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS THE WHITEWATER ACTIVITIES AND THE POSSIBILITY POSSIBLITY OF PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS RESULTING THEREFROM.
