ASU Obligations. 4.1 Generally. ASU will: 4.1.1 Store Depositor Material in such a way that it can be identified, isolated, and removed from the Repository, and in accordance with guidelines standard to storage of materials in the nature of Depositor Materials. 4.1.2 Produce unmodified replications of Depositor Material for use by Recipient Institutions and distribute the Depositor Material to Recipient Institutions under the Standard Plasmid Transfer Agreement or Standard Plasmid Transfer Agreement with Addendum, as applicable.
