At-Will Employment. Executive’s employment relationship is at-will. Either Executive or the Company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without Cause or advance notice.

At-Will Employment. The Company and Executive acknowledge that Executive’s employment is and shall continue to be “at-will,” as defined under applicable law. If Executive’s employment terminates for any lawful reason, Executive shall not be entitled to any payments, benefits, damages, award, or compensation other than as provided in this Agreement.
At-Will Employment. Your employment with the Company is at-will, meaning either you or the Company can terminate your employment at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Neither you nor the Company can change the “at will” nature of your employment, unless the CEO or the Board of the Company and you sign a written contract that explicitly changes your status as an “at will” employee.
