Attaching to Shares. 4.1 The rights attaching to all Shares shall rank pari passu in all respects, and the Class A Shares and Class B Shares shall vote together as a single class on all matters (subject to Article 11) with the exception that the holder of a Class B Share shall have the Conversion Rights referred to in Article 4.2.
