Manufacturer acknowledges receipt and review of the same prior to the Effective Date. The procedures and requirements of Asyst for the development, manufacture, testing and delivery of Products and maintenance of quality for the Products may be found in such documents, which procedures and requirements are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement. 1.
