Common use of Attachment to Docks Clause in Contracts

Attachment to Docks. No nails, screws or any other type of fixture or fastener may be inserted into dock boards, pilings or any other portion of the Slip without the written permission of Landlord. No additions, deletions, improvements or repairs may be made to the docks or pilings, except by Landlord.
