Attending Court. An employee who is required by writ or subpoena in court as a witness in a work related matter, will be paid his/her regular rate of pay up to crew value for time required to be in court provided the employee presents the Employer with a copy of the process papers which required his/her presence in court, and pays over to the Employer the amount received by serving as such witness.
