Common use of Attending Court Clause in Contracts

Attending Court. C.S.S.A.'s or RTC’s attending court or investigation at the request of the proper officer of the Railway will have their actual reasonable expenses paid by the Railway in addition to their schedule wages. Any fees accruing to the employee will be assigned to the Railway.
