Common use of Attending Court Clause in Contracts

Attending Court. Employees required by the Company to attend court or other public investigations shall be paid their hourly base rates of pay for time lost and shall be reimbursed actual expenses when away from home. If no time is lost, the employee will be allowed a minimum of three (3) hours pay at their hourly base rate of pay.
