Attorney's Cost. If court action is sought by either party to enforce the provisions of the Rental agreement, attorney's fees and costs may be awarded to the prevailing party in the court action.
Attorney's Cost. The Guarantor agrees to pay all reasonable attorney's fees and disbursements and all other reasonable and actual costs and expenses which may be incurred by any Beneficiary in the enforcement of this Guaranty or the Cash Grant Obligations without duplication of any incurrence or payment of such costs and expenses.
Attorney's Cost. GE Capital agrees to pay all reasonable attorney's fees and disbursements and all other reasonable and actual costs and expenses which may be incurred by the Counterparty in the enforcement of this Guaranty of the Agency Securities Loan Agreement and the Supplemental Agreement.

GMS agrees to pay all attorney’s fees and disbursements and all other actual costs and expenses which may be incurred by the Purchasers or the Agent in enforcing or obtaining advice of counsel in respect of any rights with respect to this Guaranty, or collecting any or all of the amounts due under the Note or enforcing any rights with respect to, or collecting against, GMS under this Guaranty.
Attorney's Cost. Each party agrees to pay all reasonable attorney's fees and disbursements and all other reasonable and actual costs and expenses which may be incurred by the other party in the enforcement of this Reimbursement Agreement.
Attorney's Cost. In the event that the TENANTs, or either of them, shall be in default on the payment of rent or shall violate the terms of this agreement and the LANDLORD is required to engage the services of an attorney to collect any sums due and payable to the LANDLORD by the TENANT, or to enforce any of the terms and conditions of this agreement, the TENANT shall pay to the LANDLORD the reasonable costs and attorney’s fees incurred by the LANDLORD in order to collect the rent and/or to enforce any violation.
Attorney's Cost. AAWH agrees to pay all reasonable attorney's fees and disbursements and all other actual costs and expenses that may be incurred by the Guaranteed Party in the enforcement of this Guaranty.
Attorney's Cost. Cogentrix agrees to pay all reasonable attorneys' fees and disbursements and all other reasonable and actual costs and expenses which may be incurred by the Purchaser in the enforcement of this Guaranty.
Attorney's Cost. Unless otherwise paid by the Company, the Guarantor agrees to pay all reasonable attorney’s fees and all other reasonable and actual costs and expenses which may be incurred by the Global Agent or the Subordinated DFI Lender in connection with:
(a) the preparation, negotiation, execution and delivery of this Guaranty;
(b) any actual or proposed amendment, variation, supplement, waiver or consent under or in connection with this Guaranty;
(c) any discharge or release of this Guaranty;
(d) the preservation, or exercise and enforcement, of any rights under or in connection with this Guaranty or any attempt to do so; and
(e) any stamping or registration of this Guaranty.
