Common use of Attorneys’ Fees, Etc Clause in Contracts

Attorneys’ Fees, Etc. If it shall be necessary for either party to place this Agreement in the hands of an attorney at law for enforcement of any of the provisions hereof, the non-prevailing party in such matter shall be liable to the prevailing party for all costs, expenses and reasonable attorney’s fees incurred in connection therewith, irrespective of whether suit shall be commenced. The costs, expenses and attorney’s fees shall include, but not be limited to, costs, expenses and attorney’s fees incurred on appeal or in administrative proceedings.
