Attorneys’ Fees, Etc. The Company shall (A) pay the reasonable fees of the law firm of the Holder’s choice (in an amount not to exceed $500 per opinion) in connection with the conversion of the Note, (B) cause its attorneys to promptly provide any reliance opinion to the Transfer Agent, and (C) pay the Holder the sums required under Section 2(c)(iv).
