Attorneys’ Fees, Etc. In the event either Party brings any action, suit or proceeding against the other Party to enforce any right or entitlement which it may have under this Agreement, either Party shall, to the extent it is successful in pursuing or defending the action, and in addition to all other rights or remedies available to it in law or in equity, be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs incurred in such action.
