Attorneys’ Fees, Etc. All costs, expenses, interest, attorneys’ fees, disbursements and expense of counsel, expert and consulting fees, fees of third party administrators, and costs related thereto or to the investigation or defense thereof of the prevailing party with respect to any Actions between the Parties arising under this Agreement or any Ancillary Agreement will be paid by the non-prevailing party.
