AUDITS BY OTHER AGENCIES. A. Upon receipt of audits or inspections pertaining to Services under this Contract that are conducted by agencies or entities other than the Department, the Contractor shall provide copies thereof to the Department within thirty (30) Days. B. The Contractor shall provide to the Department copies of responses to audits and/or inspections within seven (7) Days of issuance. Audits or inspections may include allegations or complaints involving Services or the Contractor and its employees (including consultants, independent contractors and their employees and agents and volunteer workers).
