Common use of Authenticating Agents Clause in Contracts

Authenticating Agents. (a) One or more Authenticating Agents (each, an "Authenticating Agent") may be appointed hereunder each of which shall be authorized to act on behalf of the Trustee in authenticating the Certificates. Wherever reference is made in this Agreement to the authentication of Certificates by the Trustee's certificate of authentication, such reference shall be deemed to include authentication on behalf of the Trustee by an Authenticating Agent and a certificate of authentication executed on behalf of the Trustee by an Authenticating Agent.
