Common use of Authentication of Bonds Clause in Contracts

Authentication of Bonds. Only such of the Bonds as shall bear thereon a certificate of authentication substantially in the form as that set forth in Exhibit A hereto, manually executed by the Trustee, shall be valid or obligatory for any purpose or entitled to the benefits of this Indenture, and such certificate of or on behalf of the Trustee shall be conclusive evidence that the Bonds so authenticated have been duly executed, authenticated and delivered hereunder and are entitled to the benefits of this Indenture.

Authentication of Bonds. Only such of the Bonds as shall bear thereon a certificate of authentication substantially in the form as that set forth in Exhibit A hereto, manually executed by the TrusteePaying Agent, shall be valid or obligatory for any purpose or entitled to the benefits of this IndenturePaying Agent Agreement, and such certificate of or on behalf of the Trustee Paying Agent shall be conclusive evidence that the Bonds so authenticated have been duly executed, authenticated and delivered hereunder and are entitled to the benefits of this IndenturePaying Agent Agreement.

Authentication of Bonds. Only such of the Bonds as shall bear thereon a certificate of authentication substantially in the form as that set forth in Exhibit A heretoa Supplemental Indenture, manually executed by the Trustee, shall be valid or obligatory for any purpose or entitled to the benefits of this Master Indenture, and such certificate of or on behalf of the Trustee shall be conclusive evidence that the Bonds so authenticated have been duly executed, authenticated and delivered hereunder and are entitled to the benefits of this Master Indenture.

Authentication of Bonds. Only such of the Bonds as shall bear thereon a certificate of authentication substantially in the form as that set forth in Exhibit A or Exhibit B hereto, manually executed by the TrusteePaying Agent, shall be valid or obligatory for any purpose or entitled to the benefits of this IndenturePaying Agent Agreement, and such certificate of or on behalf of the Trustee Paying Agent shall be conclusive evidence that the Bonds so authenticated have been duly executed, authenticated and delivered hereunder and are entitled to the benefits of this IndenturePaying Agent Agreement.
