AUTHORISED INVESTMENTS. Any monies which under this Deed may be invested by the Note Trustee may be invested in the name or under the control of the Note Trustee in any Authorised Investments and the Note Trustee may at any time or times vary any such Authorised Investments into other Authorised Investments and shall not be responsible for any loss due to depreciation in value, or otherwise resulting from any such Authorised Investments (save due to the negligence, fraud or wilful default of the Note Trustee).

AUTHORISED INVESTMENTS. Notwithstanding the security rights created by or pursuant to CLAUSE 3 (Security and Declaration of Trust), Authorised Investments may, on any Business Day, be sold or redeemed or disposed of or realised or otherwise deposited subject always to the other provisions hereof (including without limitation CLAUSES 3.3 (Authorised Investments) and 4.3 (Disposal of Authorised Investments)).
AUTHORISED INVESTMENTS. Any monies which are under the trust or powers herein contained ought to be invested by the Trustee may be invested in the name of the Trustee in any of the investments by law authorised for investment of Trust monies for the time being in force in India (“Authorised Investments”) with power to vary and transpose such investments and in so far as the same shall not be invested shall be placed on deposit in the name of the Trustee in scheduled bank or banks.
AUTHORISED INVESTMENTS. Any moneys which under this Trust Deed may be invested by the Trustee may be invested in the name or under the control of the Trustee in any of the investments for the time being authorised by English law for the investment by trustees of trust moneys or in any other investments, whether similar to those aforesaid or not, which may be selected by the Trustee or by placing the same on deposit in the name or under the control of the Trustee with such bank or other financial institution as the Trustee may think fit and in such currency as the Trustee in its absolute discretion may determine and the Trustee may at any time vary or transfer any of such investments for or into other such investments or convert any moneys so deposited into any other currency and shall not be responsible for any Liability occasioned by reason of any such investments or such deposit whether by depreciation in value, fluctuation in exchange rates or otherwise.

AUTHORISED INVESTMENTS. The Fund Manager may invest, where appropriate, in the following instruments, subject to the investment’s objective and requirements of the Securities Commission Malaysia (“SC”) or any other regulatory body: - (a) Ordinary shares and other equity-related securities traded in the local and/or the foreign markets and listed on recognised stock exchange; (b) Unlisted securities that have been permitted by SC for listing by way of private placement; (c) Liquid assets, fixed income securities and commercial papers and Negotiable Instrument of Deposits (NIDs) traded in the money market; (d) Malaysian Government Securities, Treasury Bills, Bank Negara Bills, Government Investment Certificates and other Government approved/guaranteed issues; (e) Corporate bonds, either Bank guaranteed or carrying at least an A3 rating by RAM Rating Services Berhad (RAM) or A- by Malaysia Rating Corporation Berhad (MARC), Cagamas Bonds, Banker’s Acceptance and listed loan stocks; (f) Any other collective investment scheme; Any futures contract and options traded in the futures and options market on an exchange company permitted, or an exempt futures market declared by the Minister under the Act; (g) Exchange-traded funds (ETF) traded on recognized stock exchanges; (h) Leveraged Exchange-traded funds (ETF) traded on recognized stock exchanges; (i) Participate in lending of securities as permitted under the Guidelines on Securities Borrowing and Lending issued by SC; and (j) Any other investments permitted by SC and agreed upon by the Fund Manager and Investor.
AUTHORISED INVESTMENTS. Any monies which under the trust or powers herein contained ought to be invested by the Debenture Trustee may be invested in the name of the Debenture Trustee or under the legal control of the Debenture Trustee in any of investments authorised by Applicable Law for the investment of trust moneys with power to vary and transpose such investments and in so far as the same shall not be invested shall be placed on deposit in the name of the Debenture Trustee in a scheduled commercial bank or banks.

AUTHORISED INVESTMENTS. Any moneys which under the trusts of this Deed ought to or may be invested by the Security Trustee (or by the Cash Manager on its behalf) after the occurrence of a Third Issuer Note Event of Default may be invested in the name of the Security Trustee or in the name of any nominee on its behalf and under the control of the Security Trustee in any Authorised Investments and the Security Trustee may at any time vary or transfer (or direct the Cash Manager to vary or transfer) any of such Authorised Investments for or into other such Authorised Investments as the Security Trustee at its absolute discretion may determine, and shall not be responsible (save where any loss results from the Security Trustee's fraud, wilful default or negligence or that of its officers or employees) for any loss occasioned by reason of any such investments whether by depreciation in value or otherwise, provided that such Authorised Investments were made in accordance with the foregoing provisions.
AUTHORISED INVESTMENTS. (a) Notwithstanding Funding 1 Security but subject to Clause 6.1 (Application), the Cash Manager, on behalf of Funding 1, may withdraw amounts standing to the credit of Funding 1 Accounts from time to time for the purpose of acquiring Authorised Investments in accordance with the terms of the Funding 1 Bank Agreement and the Cash Management Agreement. All amounts received in respect of any Authorised Investments (including any amounts received as a result of a disposal under paragraph (b) below) will be deposited into the Funding 1 Transaction Account. (b) Notwithstanding the Funding 1 Security, the Cash Manager, on behalf of Funding 1, may sell or redeem or otherwise dispose of any Authorised Investments on any day prior to the enforcement of the Funding 1 Security subject to the terms and conditions of this Deed and the Cash Management Agreement.
