Authority to Disclose Information. The Trust, on behalf of the Customer, hereby authorizes DBSI to disclose any financial, credit or business information it has obtained concerning Customer to any Affiliate of DBSI, and authorizes any such Affiliate to disclose like information to DBSI, in either case solely for the purpose of permitting DBSI to perform its obligations, or enforce its rights, under this Agreement. Any such information will be kept confidential according to the internal policies of DBSI and its Affiliates.

Authority to Disclose Information. 16(a) I/we authorize and consent to the Bank obtaining further information on my/our credit and employment history from any financial institution, credit bureau or any other person/corporation with whom I/we may have had dealings with from time to time, and any such source is hereby authorized to provide the Bank with the requested information. The Bank is also authorized to disclose to any Credit Bureau or other credit grantors, any information about my/our credit history. I/we, whether individually, jointly or severally, agree to indemnify the Bank against any loss, claims, damages, liabilities, actions and proceedings, legal and or other expense which may be directly or reasonably incurred as a consequence of such disclosure on the Bank’s part. 16(b) I/we agree that any contact information provided by me/us will be available to the First Citizens Group and may be used for the purpose of marketing its products and services.

Customer also hereby authorizes DBSI to disclose any information relating to Customer, the Account or any Contracts as required by Applicable Law or as requested by a regulatory, self-regulatory or supervising authority or Exchange believed by DBSI to have appropriate jurisdiction over DBSI, Customer, the Account and/or the relevant Contract (as applicable).
Authority to Disclose Information. 2.1 With respect to the information needed by Saskatchewan from Canada to establish the eligibility of active EI claimants and other insured participants for the purpose of establishing their eligibility for assistance under the provincial programs supported under the Agreement, Canada's Minister of Human Resources Development has considered it advisable under section 127 of the Employment Insurance Act and 8(2)(f), along with 8(2)(j) of Canada's Privacy Act to make the information described in this Annex available to Saskatchewan for that purpose and, accordingly, Canada confirms that it is authorized under these sections to provide such information to Saskatchewan. 2.2 Similarly, Saskatchewan will obtain authorization to disclose to Canada the information in this Annex.
