Authority to File Notices. The Borrower irrevocably appoints, constitutes and designates the Lender its attorney-in-fact to file for record any notice that the Lender reasonably deems necessary or desirable to protect its interest hereunder or under any of the Loan Documents. Such power shall be deemed coupled with an interest and shall be irrevocable while any sum remains due and owing under any of the Loan Documents or any obligation of the Borrower thereunder remains unperformed.
