Common use of Authority to File Notices Clause in Contracts

Authority to File Notices. Borrower irrevocably appoints, designates, and authorizes Lender as its agent (said agency being coupled with an interest) to file for record any notice that Lender deems necessary or desirable to protect its interest hereunder or under the Note, the Deed of Trust or any of the other Loan Documents. Lender shall only file such notices if Borrower fails, within ten (10) days after written demand by Lender, to do so.
