Common use of Authority to Trade Clause in Contracts

Authority to Trade. 15.1. You hereby authorize us to act on any instruction given or appearing to be given by you on the Trading Platform, where there is reasonable believe that any of those actions were taken and/or instructions were given by you. 15.2. We shall be entitled, and you hereby authorize us, to rely upon any oral, electronic or written communication or instruction received from you. You agree that: (a) once logged on to the Trading Platform following entry of the Access Codes, we are authorized to act upon instructions without enquiring as to the validity of the instructions and to consider the instructions of like force and effect as written orders made by you;
