Common use of Authorization and Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Authorization and Cooperation. Customer authorizes Bank to share with our third party service providers (including, without limitation, Vanco Services, LLC) information about its deposit Account(s), Payors and their accounts with Customer and any related information necessary or appropriate to facilitate the provision of the Xxxx Pay Direct Post Service to Customer.
