Common use of Authorization and Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Authorization and Cooperation. Customer authorizes Bank to share with our third party service providers (including, without limitation, Vanco Services, LLC) information about its deposit Account(s), Payors and their accounts with Customer and any related information necessary or appropriate to facilitate the provision of the Xxxx Pay Direct Post Service to Customer. Customer further agrees to promptly cooperate with Bank and its third party service providers if additional information or research is necessary or appropriate in connection with the processing of a Payment and to research and provide to us any required additional information about a Payment no later than 2 p.m. Central Time of the second Business Day after the additional information or research was first requested from Customer.
