Authorized Contact Clause Samples

The Authorized Contact clause designates a specific individual or role within a party’s organization as the official point of communication for matters related to the agreement. This clause typically outlines the contact’s name, title, and contact information, and may specify procedures for updating these details if personnel change. By clearly identifying who is empowered to receive notices and make decisions on behalf of a party, the clause helps prevent miscommunication and ensures that important information is directed to the appropriate person, thereby streamlining interactions and reducing the risk of disputes.
