Authorized Control Level Risk Based Capital Ratio. Permit the Authorized Control Level Risk Based Capital Ratio of HCPCIC and TypTap to be less than 300% at the end of the Fiscal Year ending December 31, 2023 or at the end of any other Fiscal Year thereafter.

Authorized Control Level Risk Based Capital Ratio. The Company -------------------------------------------------- will not as at the last day of any fiscal quarter permit PLAIC's or, from and after the Acquisition, Xxxx Xxxxxx Life Insurance Company's Total Adjusted Capital (as defined in the NAIC's Risk-Based Capital for life and/or Health Insurers Model Act (as then currently in effect), as so adopted (and including any instructions thereunder, the "Model Act") to be less than (x) through --------- December 30, 1998, 300% and (y) thereafter, 350% of its Authorized Control Level RBC (as defined in the Model Act).
Authorized Control Level Risk Based Capital Ratio. Permit the Authorized Control Level Risk Based Capital Ratio of HCPCIC to be less than 300%.

Related to Authorized Control Level Risk Based Capital Ratio

  • Total Net Leverage Ratio Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries, on a consolidated basis, shall not permit the Total Net Leverage Ratio on the last day of any Test Period to exceed the ratio set forth below opposite the last day of such Test Period:

  • Maximum Leverage Permit, as of any fiscal quarter end, the ratio of (a) Adjusted Portfolio Equity as of such fiscal quarter end to (b) Funded Debt as of such fiscal quarter end, to be less than 5.00 to 1.00.

  • Maximum Leverage Ratio The Borrower will not permit the Leverage Ratio as of the end of any fiscal quarter to be greater than 0.55 to 1.00.

  • Cash Flow Leverage Ratio The Borrower will not permit the Cash Flow Leverage Ratio on the last day of any fiscal quarter to exceed 3.50 to 1.00.

  • Liquidity Ratio A Liquidity Ratio of at least 1.50 to 1.00.

  • Maximum Total Leverage Ratio The Borrower shall maintain, on the last day of each fiscal quarter set forth below, a Total Leverage Ratio of not more than the maximum ratio set forth below opposite such fiscal quarter: October 31, 2007, January 31, 2008, April 30, 2008, July 31, 2008, October 31, 2008 and January 31, 2009 4.7 to 1 April 30, 2009, July 31, 2009, October 31, 2009 and January 31, 2010 4.2 to 1 April 30, 2010 and each fiscal quarter thereafter 4.0 to 1

  • Minimum Interest Coverage Ratio The Borrowers shall not permit the Interest Coverage Ratio, calculated as of the end of each fiscal quarter for the four fiscal quarters then ended, to be less than 3.50 to 1.00.

  • Total Leverage Ratio The Borrowers will not permit the Total Leverage Ratio on the last day of any fiscal quarter to exceed 3.75 to 1.00.
