Automobile Expense Allowance. During the term of Employee's employment hereunder, the Company shall pay to Employee an automobile allowance of $600 per month.
Automobile Expense Allowance. During the Employment Period, XRGL shall pay to the Executive an automobile expense allowance of $500 per month, which shall be paid to Executive on the first business day of each month. This amount covers automobile purchase or lease payments and automobile insurance payments.

Automobile Expense Allowance. For the term of this Agreement, the district shall provide Superintendent with an automobile for use in the performance of his official duties. On or before June 30 of each Agreement year, the Superintendent shall notify the district whether such automobile shall be provided from the district’s fleet, or whether the Superintendent elects to receive an allowance not to exceed $800.00 per month. To the greatest extent practicable, this provision shall be construed as an accountable plan, not subject to income tax.

In addition, for automobile travel outside of Ascension and East Baton Rouge Parish, the Superintendent shall be paid for mileage at the same rate normally reimbursed to APSB employees.
Automobile Expense Allowance. (a) Where an employee is required by the Employer to drive a personally owned or leased automobile, the Employer agrees to reimburse the employee for all driven for business purposes at the following rates: The employee shall receive an allowance of cents per kilometre for all kilometres driven for business purposes. The minimum monthly payment to the employee shall be per month. The rate per kilometre specified in shall be adjusted annually (in January of each year) to reflect any percentage change the Private Transportation sub- component of the Consumer Price Index as set out in the report immediately prior to the adjustment in the following manner: The index at the end of December shall be compared to the index at the end of the previous December and the rate per kilometre will be adjusted upwards or downwards based on this percentage change, effective January 1st of the following year, and rounded to the nearest decimal point. The business portion of automobile insurance premiums arising from the use of automobile on the Employer's business shall be paid by the Employer upon production of a receipt from the insurance carrier. The Employer reserves the right to seek clarification on claims which appear excessive. The additional business premium would include additional premiums arising from the fact an employee is required within the scope of employment to provide transport to others (e.g. other employees, medical students, nursing students.) Parking expenses in the downtown core area will be fully reimbursed. It is understood that the downtown core shall include the area bounded by the Queensway to the South, the Ottawa River to the North, Avenue to the West and the River to the East.
