Automobile Lease. In lieu of an automobile allowance, SM&A shall lease an ----- automobile of Employee's choice. In addition, the reasonable cost of annual insurance, fuel, maintenance, cleaning and repairs shall be borne by SM&A.
Automobile Lease. Xx. Xxxxxxx shall be entitled to the use of a ---------------- leased automobile acceptable to KMC, including payment by KMC of lease payments, insurance, maintenance and repair expenses and the cost of gasoline used by Xx. Xxxxxxx, not to exceed six hundred dollars ($600.00) per month. In addition, at Company expense subject only to reasonable cost, Xx. Xxxxxxx shall have the right to use a car service between his home in Colts Neck and the Company's headquarters in Bedminster from time to time as he sees fit.
Automobile Lease. The Company or the Bank shall lease an automobile from the Employee for the use of the Employee for a monthly lease amount at least as great as the monthly lease amount in effect on any anniversary of the Effective Date of this Agreement.
Automobile Lease. You shall be entitled to the continued use of the company-leased automobile that you currently drive, as of the date immediately prior to the execution of this Agreement, for the remainder of the lease period and PNC Bank shall pay for or reimburse you for all lease payments and shall pay for or provide reimbursement for all other related expenses under the current automobile lease arrangement as of the date immediately prior to the execution of this Agreement. At the end of the lease period, you shall be entitled to purchase the automobile at the lease-stated purchase price.
Automobile Lease. Axxxx shall lease an automobile for his use during the term of his employment with Alion. Alion shall pay and/or reimburse Axxxx up to $1,500 per month maximum in automobile leasing costs for the leased automobile. Axxxx shall obtain and provide Alion with appropriate receipts and supporting documentation for such fees and costs.
Automobile Lease. In lieu of an automobile allowance, SM&A shall lease, at a cost of no more than $1300 per month, an automobile of Employee’s choice. In addition, the reasonable cost of annual insurance, fuel, maintenance, cleaning and repair shall be borne by SM&A.
Automobile Lease. The Company shall continue to lease for the Employee such automobile, or an automobile of similar cost, subject to a reasonable increase for inflation, as is leased for the Employee by the Company immediately prior to the date hereof.
