Automobile Lease. In lieu of an automobile allowance, SM&A shall lease an ----- automobile of Employee's choice. In addition, the reasonable cost of annual insurance, fuel, maintenance, cleaning and repairs shall be borne by SM&A.
Automobile Lease. Xx. Xxxxx shall be entitled to the use of a ---------------- leased automobile acceptable to KMC, including payment by KMC of lease payments, insurance, maintenance and repair expenses and the cost of gasoline used by Xx. Xxxxx, not to exceed six hundred dollars ($600.00) per month.
Automobile Lease. In lieu of an automobile allowance, SM&A shall lease, at a cost of no more than $1300 per month, an automobile of Employee’s choice. In addition, the reasonable cost of annual insurance, fuel, maintenance, cleaning and repair shall be borne by SM&A.
Automobile Lease. You shall be entitled to the continued use of the company-leased automobile that you currently drive, as of the date immediately prior to the execution of this Agreement, for the remainder of the lease period and PNC Bank shall pay for or reimburse you for all lease payments and shall pay for or provide reimbursement for all other related expenses under the current automobile lease arrangement as of the date immediately prior to the execution of this Agreement. At the end of the lease period, you shall be entitled to purchase the automobile at the lease-stated purchase price.
Automobile Lease. Axxxx shall lease an automobile for his use during the term of his employment with Alion. Alion shall pay and/or reimburse Axxxx up to $1,500 per month maximum in automobile leasing costs for the leased automobile. Axxxx shall obtain and provide Alion with appropriate receipts and supporting documentation for such fees and costs.
Automobile Lease. The Company or the Bank shall lease an automobile from the Employee for the use of the Employee for a monthly lease amount at least as great as the monthly lease amount in effect on any anniversary of the Effective Date of this Agreement.
Automobile Lease. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to the use of an automobile leased or owned by Employer and Employer shall pay or reimburse Executive the direct expenses associated with such automobile (insurance, maintenance and the like). The monthly lease or purchase payments for such automobile shall not exceed $521.
Automobile Lease. While Employee is employed hereunder, Employee will be entitled to one of the following, at the Company’s option: (i) the full-time use of an automobile to be leased by the Company (the “Company Car”), or (ii) a car allowance to be paid by the Company to Employee in the amount of Eight Hundred Dollars ($800) per month. In the event, a car allowance is paid by the Company, Employee shall be responsible for obtaining and paying for automobile insurance; in the event the Company leases an automobile for Employee, the Company shall obtain and pay for automobile insurance.
Automobile Lease. The Company will lease an automobile for Executive’s use in Santa Bxxxxxx consistent with past practice for the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.
Automobile Lease. From and after the date hereof and throughout ---------------- the Term, the Employer shall provide the Executive with an automobile at the Employer's sole cost and expense. Such automobile shall be leased by the Employer and shall be a Ford Explorer or a substantially equivalent sports utility vehicle acceptable to the Executive and shall be replaced every three years or every 60,000 miles, whichever first occurs. The Employer shall bear all gas, insurance, repairs, maintenance and other operating expenses for the automobile. To the extent any of such automobile benefits are taxable to the Executive, the Executive shall be solely responsible for such taxes.
