Automobile Lease Clause Samples

Automobile Lease. ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be entitled ---------------- to the use of a leased automobile acceptable to KMC, including payment by KMC of lease payments, insurance, maintenance and repair expenses and the cost of gasoline used by ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, not to exceed six hundred dollars ($600.00) per month.

Automobile Lease. In lieu of an automobile allowance, SM&A shall lease, at a cost of no more than $1300 per month, an automobile of Employee’s choice. In addition, the reasonable cost of annual insurance, fuel, maintenance, cleaning and repair shall be borne by SM&A.

Automobile Lease. A▇▇▇▇ shall lease an automobile for his use during the term of his employment with Alion. Alion shall pay and/or reimburse A▇▇▇▇ up to $1,500 per month maximum in automobile leasing costs for the leased automobile. A▇▇▇▇ shall obtain and provide Alion with appropriate receipts and supporting documentation for such fees and costs.

Automobile Lease. You shall be entitled to the continued use of the company-leased automobile that you currently drive, as of the date immediately prior to the execution of this Agreement, for the remainder of the lease period and PNC Bank shall pay for or reimburse you for all lease payments and shall pay for or provide reimbursement for all other related expenses under the current automobile lease arrangement as of the date immediately prior to the execution of this Agreement. At the end of the lease period, you shall be entitled to purchase the automobile at the lease-stated purchase price.

Automobile Lease. The Company or the Bank shall lease an automobile from the Employee for the use of the Employee for a monthly lease amount at least as great as the monthly lease amount in effect on any anniversary of the Effective Date of this Agreement.

Automobile Lease. A new Paragraph 10 shall be added to Exhibit A to the Employment Agreement, which shall read in its entirety as follows: “AUTOMOBILE LEASE. In lieu of an automobile allowance, SM&A shall lease, at a cost of no more than $1,300.00 per month, an automobile of Employee’s choice. In addition, the reasonable cost of annual insurance, fuel, maintenance, cleaning and repair shall be borne by SM&A.

Automobile Lease. The rights of Seller under the Personal Property Lease set forth in Schedule 5.14 relating to the Nissan Maxima Automobile used by ▇▇▇▇▇;

Automobile Lease. Until June 30, 1998, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be entitled to his current benefits relating to his automobile and driver. Beginning July 1, 1998, during the Employment Period, the Company shall reimburse ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ expenses in leasing, maintaining and insuring an automobile on a basis equivalent to his current automobile benefit.

Automobile Lease. Company shall continue to lease an automobile for Executive. Upon termination of Executive's existing lease, the Company will lease a comparable new model for Executive.
