Auxiliary Employee Terms and Conditions of Employment. ‌ (i) At the time of hire an auxiliary employee shall receive notice in writing from the Employer of the nature of their employment, expected duration of employment, classification and rate of pay. (ii) Other articles of this Agreement notwithstanding, an auxiliary employee shall not be entitled to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, save and except as follows: (a) The definition of an “auxiliary employee” as set out in Article 1.06.
