AUXILIARY OFFICERS. Section 24.1: The City agrees auxiliary officers will not be used in the place of part time officers normally scheduled to a shift. It is understood that if reasonable effort has gone into filling a position which is normally filled by a paid officer and no one is available, auxiliary officers may then be utilized.
