Approved Leave of Absence With Pay During Vacation When an employee is qualified for bereavement leave, sick leave or any other approved leave with pay during her vacation period, there shall be no deduction from the vacation credits for such leave. In the case of sick leave, this section shall only apply when the period of illness or injury is in excess of two (2) days and a note from a physician may be required. The period of vacation so displaced shall be taken at a mutually agreed time. An employee intending to claim displaced vacation leave must advise the Employer and provide necessary documentation within seven (7) days of returning to work.
Holiday During Leave Should an employee be on authorized paid leave when a holiday occurs, such holiday shall not be charged against such leave or vacation.
Availability Control Personal Data will be protected against accidental or unauthorized destruction or loss. Measures: • SAP employs regular backup processes to provide restoration of business-critical systems as and when necessary. • SAP uses uninterrupted power supplies (for example: UPS, batteries, generators, etc.) to protect power availability to the Data Centers. • SAP has defined business contingency plans for business-critical processes and may offer disaster recovery strategies for business critical Services as further set out in the Documentation or incorporated into the Order Form for the relevant Cloud Service. • Emergency processes and systems are regularly tested.
Industrial Accident Leave 5.8.1 Unit Members will be entitled to industrial accident leave according to the provision in Education Code Section 87787 for personal injury which has qualified for Worker's Compensation under the provisions of the State Compensation Insurance Fund.

Subsidy During Family and Medical Leave For employees who are on family or medical leave, under the provisions of Article 46 of this MOU, Management shall continue the City's medical and dental plan subsidies for employees who are enrolled in a City health and/or dental plan prior to the beginning of said leave. Employees shall be eligible for such continued subsidies while on a Family or Medical Leave in accordance with Article 46 herein. However, for any unpaid portion of Family or Medical Leave, health and/or dental plan subsidies shall be continued for a maximum of nine (9) pay periods, except while an employee is on a Pregnancy Disability Leave absence (up to 4 months), Management shall continue the City’s subsidy for her pregnancy health coverage (medical plan subsidy) in compliance with the provisions of SB 299 and AB 592 enacted in 2011.
Domestic Violence Leave Domestic or Sexual Violence Leave will be granted in accordance with the Employment Standards Act as amended from time to time.
