Common use of Availability of Policies Clause in Contracts

Availability of Policies. Lessee shall provide to Lessor (a) certified copies of all insurance policies required in Section 16 of this Lease as soon as practicable and incorporate same into Lessee’s Property Management Plan, and (b) copies of insurance binders for all insurance required in Section 16 of this Lease within ten (10) business days of Lessor’s written request for said copies.
