Back-Up Servicer Can Perform. Upon the delivery by the Seller to the Back-Up Servicer of the computer tapes, disks, cassettes and related materials (in a generally acceptable readable format) relating to the administration of the Receivables, the Back-Up Servicer shall have been furnished with all materials and data necessary to permit immediate collection of the Receivables by the Back-Up Servicer without the participation of the Seller, in such collection.
